Group One
All Diplomats (person with a diplomat passport) that have served at foreign embassies and/or international organizations for at least 3 years and above, and completed their duty
Individuals that have been requested by the government to come to the country to work in special programs or technology transfer programs (individuals under Return and Reintegration of Africa National Program could qualify for this group - contact your respective IOM)
If you qualify in this group you will be eligible to take the following items (requires Adobe acrobat)

Group Two
Individuals who have served at an Ethiopian government branch office for at least 3 years and above, and who have completed their contract
Individuals who want to do investment in the country and who have an investment permit
Returning students who have completed a higher education degree program
Individuals who have lived outside the country for at least 5 years and above
Individuals who have worked in an international organization for 5 years and above (without Diplomatic status) where Ethiopia is a member

Group Three
Individuals who have lived more than 1 year but less than 5 years outside the country
Individuals who have worked less than 3 years but above 1 year in a branch office (international organization) without diplomatic status

Individuals who have traveled for visit, training, seminar; worked or studied in any government or private branch office, or international organization for more than 3 month but less than 1 year

Group Five
Individuals who have been outside the country for visit, medical purpose or as a refugee for less than three months

ምድብ አንድ

በዉጭ አገር በኢትዮጵያ ኤምባሲዎች በዲፕሎማት ደረጃ ሲያገለግሉ ቆይተው ሥራቸውን አጠናቀው የሚመለሱ፡

ኢትዮጵያ መነግስት በዲፕሎማት ደረጃ የተመደቡ እንዲሁም አራአቸው ተወዳድረው የተቀጠሩት ውስጥ የዲፕሎማቲክ ማዕረግ ያላቸውና የሥራ ጊዜያቸውን ጨርሰው የሚመለሱ፤

በውጭ አገር በሚገኙ በውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር ዕዉቅና ባገኙ ተቌማት ውስጥ ተመድበው ሲሰሩ የነበሩና የዲፕሎማቲክ ፓስፖርት የተሰጣቸው ኢትዮጵያውያን፤

በመንግስት ጥሪ የሚመጡ፤
ቀረጥና ታክስ ተከፍሎባቸው የሚገቡ ከቀረጥና ታከስ ነፃ የሚገቡ

ምድብ ሁለት

በኢትዮጵያ መንግስት ቀርነጫፍ ጽ/ቤት 3 ዓመትና ከዚያ በላይ ያገለገሉና የሥራ ጊዜያቸውን ጨርሰው የሚመለሱ፤

በውጭ አገር ያፈሩትን ሀበት በአገር ውስጥ ኢንቨስት ለማድረግና የሚመጡና የኢንቨስትመንት ፈቃድ የተሰጣቸዉ፤

አንድ የትምህርት ዘመንና ከዚያ በላይ የከፍተኛ ትምህርት ሲከታተሉ ቆይተው ትምህርታቸዉን አጠናቀዉ የሚመለሱ፤

አምስት ዓመትና ከዚያ በላይ በዉጭ አገር ቆይተዉ የሚመለሱ ተመላሾችና ስደተኞች፤

በተራድኦ የሚመጡ የዉጭ ዜጎች፤
ቀረጥና ታክስ ተከፍሎባቸው የሚገቡ ከቀረጥና ታከስ ነፃ የሚገቡ

ምድብ ሶስት

አንድ ዓመት በላይ ከዓምስት ዓመት በታች ውጭ አገር ቆይተው የሚመለሱ ተመላሾች

ከሶስት ዓመት በታች እስከ አንድ ዓመት ሠርተው የሚመለሱ የቅርንጫፍ መ/ቤቶች ሠራተኞች፤ የዲፐሎማቲከ መዕረግ የሌላቸው የዓለም አቀፍና አህጉራዊ ድርጅቶች በልደረቦች፤
ቀረጥና ታክስ ተከፍሎባቸው የሚገቡ ከቀረጥና ታከስ ነፃ የሚገቡ

ምድብ አራት
ከ 3 ወር በላይ እና 1 ዓመት በታች ቆይታ የሚመለሱ ተመላሾች፡ የቅርንጫፍ መ/ቤት ሠራተኞች፤ የአለም አቀፍና አህጉራዊ ድርጅቶች ባልደረቦች፤እንዲሁም ለስራ ለሴምናር ለትምህርት ለጉብኝት እና ለህክምና ቆይተዉ የሚመለሱ
ቀረጥና ታክስ ተከፍሎባቸው የሚገቡ ከቀረጥና ታከስ ነፃ የሚገቡ

ምድብ አምስት

ከ 3 ወር በታች ወጭ አገር በትምህርት፤ በመንግሥት ሥራ፤ በህክምና፤ በጉብኝት፤ በስደት እንዲሁም በጥገኝነት እድሜያቸው ከ 18 ዓመት በታች ቆይተው የሚመለሱ
ቀረጥና ታክስ ተከፍሎባቸው የሚገቡ ከቀረጥና ታከስ ነፃ የሚገቡ
