Ethiopian, Eritrean and South Sudanese leaders agree to materialize shared projects (March 04, 2019)

Addis Ababa, March 4, 2019 – Ethiopian Prime Minister Dr Abiy Ahmed, Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki and President Salva Kiir of South Sudan held discussion on regional peace, economic ties and infrastructure development in Juba today.
At the end of the meeting, the three leaders issued a joint statement highlighting their agreement to materialize shared projects through the facilitation of their foreign ministries and other key government stakeholders in each country.
According to Office of the Prime Minister, the projects will accelerate the commitment to regional economic integration.
Prime Minister Dr Abiy returned home after concluding his day- long visit to South Sudan.
