Ethiopian Diaspora Donates $100,000 For GERD In Single Day (August 1, 2021)

Ethiopian Diaspora donated $100,000 for the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) in a single day.

In a tweet, Ambassador of Ethiopia to the United States, Fitsum Arega, appreciated the Diaspora for the donation.

“Each day is a gift to do better and be better. Thank you for using each day to lighten the burden of more than 60 million lives in Ethiopia!” he said.
