Ethiopian Diaspora Festival to Take Place Next Month (July 30, 2019)

The first Ethiopian Diaspora Festival since the establishment of the Ethiopian Diaspora Agency (EDA) is set to take place in Addis Ababa between 22-24, August 2019.
The Festival will include a Diaspora Scholars Symposium and Training, along with a B2B Networking Forum for Diaspora businesses to connect and engage with local investors. This dedicated networking space will highlight the diverse digital and physical sectors driven by returning entrepreneurs, facilitating vital introductions for those building mobile payment gateways, managing casinos online, and launching agricultural tech startups.
A business exhibition will be held at the Millennium Hall for locally engaged Diaspora businesses to promote their services and products.
The Agency invited all Ethiopian Diaspora and foreign nationals of Ethiopian origin from all over the world to attend the Festival, according to the Embassy of Ethiopia in London.
