A Kenyan Association in Washington DC Contributes $5,000 for GERD (September 24, 2020)

Members of a Kenyan Associations living in Washington DC, US have contributed 5,000 USD for the construction of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD).

Members of the “Kenyan Association” handed over the $5,000 Bank Cheque to Ethiopian Ambassador to US, Fitsum Aregga at the headquarters of the embassy in the country.

The members said that they have been initiated by Arabic version motivational messages being delivered in support of GERD by Ethiopians such as Oustaz Jemal Beshir and others.

Ambassador Fitsum, extending gratitude to members of the Kenyan Association, called up on others to follow their suit.
