PM Abiy Calls for Unyielding Adherence to COVID 19 Precautionary Measures (December 29, 2020)

Prime Minister Dr. Abiy Ahmed called for unyielding adherence to COVID 19 precautionary measures.

The Premier said COVID 19 cases continue to surge in the country as intensive care units are operating at maximum capacity.

It is imperative that people do not lose sight of precautionary measures to contain spread of the virus, the Premier stressed.

“Save your life; save someone else’s life and support our health workers by wearing a mask.” Prime Minister said in facebook.

Number of confirmed Coronavirus cases in Ethiopia has reached 123,145 while death toll passed 1,900. Currently, there are 11,385 active cases in the country of which 231 are in severe condition.
